In Denezé-sous-Doué, a small Maine-et-Loire commune rich in history and heritage, stay in this old building, completely renovated in 2021, respecting and enhancing local materials. The tufa stone building features a 29m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with leather sofa and armchairs, TV, all in a warm and cosy style, to make you feel right at home. A winding staircase takes you to the small landing leading to a bedroom with two 90 x 190cm beds, a second bedroom with a 140 x 190cm bed, and a shower room with vanity unit and shower. The entire apartment is air-conditioned. Toilets are on the first floor. Outside, the landscaped grounds include a gravel courtyard, a lawn area, a paved terrace and a ground level planted with trees and shrubs. On the unoverlooked terrace, garden furniture awaits you for outdoor meals. Private parking in gated courtyard. Fully enclosed grounds. Wifi internet connection. Baby equipment on request only.
