In the heart of the Pays de la Loire region, in Nueil-sur-Layon, this Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the Château de Vaillé Rochereau, with its own entrance. The property, whose various wings date from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries, offers an authentic and peaceful setting, ideal for a break for two at the château. Situated just 10 km from Doué-la-Fontaine, famous for its troglodytes and Bioparc, 30 minutes from Saumur and the Loire, and around 1 hour from the Puy du Fou, the Holiday cottage is an ideal base from which to discover the region's riches: Loire castles, charming villages, troglodyte sites, Layon and Saumur wine cellars, not to mention the rolling vine-covered countryside. The Holiday cottage opens onto a bright, open-plan living room with lounge, TV and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) enjoys a pleasant view over the property's garden. The spacious 27 m² bedroom features a 180x190cm double bed (two 90x190cm beds can be made into a double bed), wardrobe and desk. An adjoining bathroom with shower and WC completes the room. A washing machine is at your disposal. For your convenience, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included. A flat rate of 20 kWh per day is included in the price (additional consumption billed at end of stay). Internet connection available in Holiday cottage. Partial telephone coverage in some rooms, but calls can be made via wifi (fiber connection). Enclosed private parking on the property (several vehicles possible).
