Welcome to the Holiday cottage de l'Orangerie! Ideally located between Angers and Le Mans, right next to the Château de Durtal, this apartment is ideal for a stopover of a few nights (or more if you prefer) to discover the treasures of our region. Visit the Château de Durtal (just below the apartment!) in season, the Marcé aeronautics museum 15 minutes away, walk or cycle along the Loir near Baugé-en-Anjou or Seiches-sur-le-Loir, visit the Zoo de la Flèche 20 minutes away. Angers, with its Château des Ducs d'Anjou (and its famous Apocalypse painting), historic city center and Terra Botanica plant park, is 30 minutes away. For motor sport fans, the 24-hour Le Mans race circuit is 40 minutes from the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage is accessible from the bottom of the Château de Durtal via a staircase of some twenty steps leading to a pleasant garden. On the first floor, the apartment opens onto a living room with a dining area, a sitting room with a 140cm x 190cm sofa bed, a TV (not visible in the photos), a non-functional fireplace and an office area. From this room, you can access the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, 2-burner hob, table-top fridge, microwave, etc.). The staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find: a large 23 m² bedroom with a 140cm X 190cm bed and an extra bed for Kids, an office area, a bathroom with bath and WC. On sunny days, take advantage of the magnificent 2000m² garden, shared with the tenants of the other two apartments, from which you'll have a breathtaking view of part of Durtal castle. Garden furniture is provided. Shared laundry room with two other apartments: washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-fi internet connection. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay: beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen is provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Numerous services within walking distance of the accommodation: restaurants, shops, grocery store, tourist office. No television available. Public parking lot at the foot of the château, 15 meters from the accommodation.
