Welcome to Domaine de la Forgetterie, a 16th-century manor house 10 minutes from Saumur and the banks of the Loire. Holiday cottage de la Tour combines history and comfort and invites you to take a trip back in time. As soon as you arrive, enter through the tower and let yourself be seduced by the unique atmosphere of this former dovecote. Superb wooden framework, small windows, monumental tufa staircase, fireplaces... All of which bear witness to the history of this place. The Holiday cottage of 105m², on three levels, offers modernity and comfort: - First floor: 38m² living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, convivial dining area and TV lounge. - On the 1st floor, a corridor leads to two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with two 90x200cm beds (or a king-size 180x200cm bed, as you prefer). The master bedroom, with its magnificent fireplace, is sure to please! Shower room with large shower and double basins. Separate WC. - On the top floor, a large bedroom under the roof with exposed beams, creating a warm atmosphere. Please note: beams 50 cm from the floor need to be stepped over to access the beds. Holiday cottage fully air-conditioned for optimum comfort in all seasons. Outside and relaxation: covered terrace for outdoor meals, even in the rain. The 300m² garden with its birds is the perfect place to relax or play in complete safety.
