Holiday cottage on the second floor of a family home in the heart of the Vineyard. Welcome to this charming family property, nestled among the vines and steeped in the history of the estate. The Holiday cottage is organized around a cosy 26 m² living room, including a fully-equipped kitchen (2-burner hob, oven, microwave, fridge and sink) and dining area for 4 people. The lounge area features a top-of-the-range sofa bed (160x190 cm - real bed), coffee table and TV. A further 8 m² bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed (can be configured as 90x200 cm twin beds). A mezzanine offers additional sleeping space with a 180x200 cm double bed. For additional sleeping space, travelers can choose between the mezzanine or the high-quality sofa bed. The mezzanine (9 m² floor area, ceiling height approx. 1.40 m at its highest point) is not suitable for young Kids, the elderly or people with reduced mobility. From the main room, you also have access to a shower room with large shower and vanity unit, as well as a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy a quiet, natural environment, with a private area laid out near the entrance to the Holiday cottages. Wrought-iron garden furniture on the lawn is perfect for relaxing after a long day's sightseeing. Leisure facilities are shared with the large neighboring Holiday cottage: boulodrome, shuffleboard, giant wooden games, plancha and family barbecue, 8-seater Nordic bath accessible all year round, and 6 bicycles for exploring the surrounding area. The Holiday cottage is adjoined by "Le Logis" (8 people - H49G032186), which can accommodate up to 12 people. Nearby: Brissac castle 15 min away, Doué-la-Fontaine and its Biopark 20 min away, the banks of the Loire, as well as Angers and Saumur 30 min away with their many tourist attractions (Loire castles, Cadre Noir, Terra Botanica park...).
