Even if staying at the estate is tempting, you can still enjoy the emblematic villages of Doué-La-Fontaine and Montreuil-Bellay, 15 minutes from the gîte. Outside, you'll find a summer kitchen with a gas plancha under the old barn, a ping-pong table, a relaxing lounge, a Piscine surrounded by a beautiful travertine terrace, sun loungers and a wooden terrace facing south-west, with garden furniture and parasols. There is also a lawn area in the center of the property and an approval garden. Inside, a large 32m² dining kitchen fully equipped for groups: solid wood table, American fridge, induction table, espresso machine and more... A convivial 19m² lounge with sofas and television. At night: a PMR-adapted suite with 14.5m² bedroom, 2 80x200cm beds and accessible sanitary facilities (walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet), a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, en-suite shower room and separate toilet.
