Located on the 1st floor of an old building, this 40m² apartment has been tastefully decorated and refurbished, making it ideal for a solo or couple stay in Saumur. You can take advantage of your stay to visit the Cadre Noir de Saumur, the great cellars and their fine bubbly wines, the many châteaux in the area or take part in the many festivities in the town of Saumur (Anjou Vélo Vintage, Festivini, etc.). The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) with dining area, a lounge area with TV and a bedroom with a 140cmx190cm double bed. The shower room and WC are separate. Bikes can be stored in the apartment's shared courtyard. A bike rental service is located just a few steps from the apartment. For your convenience, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fan and free Wi-Fi connection are also available. No baby equipment provided. This service is "all-inclusive". Bathroom linen and bed linen are provided. Beds are made up on arrival. Free parking 5' walk away. This bright apartment is located in the center of Saumur (shopping, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, theater, tourist office and the market every Saturday morning). The château is a 10-minute walk away.
