Located in a cul-de-sac in Gennes, a typical village on the banks of the Loire between Saumur and Angers, this former Anjou dovecote, completely renovated in 2021, features a living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchairs, TV), a mezzanine and a dining area with direct access to the terrace. The 4.5m² mezzanine has a 140cm double bed. The Holiday cottage is entirely on one level, with two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (160x200cm) and the second with two single beds (90x190cm). The shower room and WC are separate. The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, etc.) has direct access to the terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. Garden furniture, armchairs and a barbecue are all at your disposal. Take advantage of your stay to relax and contemplate the exceptional setting offered by the Holiday cottage on the edge of a hillside. During your stay in Maine-et-Loire, discover the different wines of the Anjou region (Saumur Champigny, Coteaux du Layon, Crémant de Loire, etc.), admire the Loire landscapes by bike on the Loire à Vélo circuit, take a gabare trip on the Loire or visit the many châteaux of the Loire Valley and the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud. Heating and electric vehicle recharging are not included. This vacation cottage accepts 1 dog free of charge, and you can park your vehicle in the gîte's enclosed courtyard.
