Halfway between Nantes and Cholet, La Guiltière is a small village of 150 inhabitants set amidst vineyards. An ideal base for exploring the region: Nantes and its Atlantic metropolis (45 mins away), Cholet, (28 mins away), Clisson, its Italian inspirations and Hellfest festival (15 mins away), the Nantes vineyards, the banks of the Sèvre, the Vendée bocage and the Atlantic coast (accessible in 1 hour from the gîte). There are also a number of hiking trails close to the gîte, offering beautiful walks in the heart of the vineyards. For fishing enthusiasts, there are numerous fishing spots in the vicinity. This 1710 house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the small hamlet of La Guiltière. From the living room, you have access to a private terrace overlooking a hillside with a stream, a landscaped garden and a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. A barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal. Hammocks and deckchairs also invite you to lounge among the palm trees. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a wood-burning stove to warm you up on winter evenings. There's also a flat-screen TV and sound bar. An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are also at your disposal. A separate toilet is also available. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms. The first has a 160cm double bed. The second has three 90cm x 190cm beds. A shower room and separate toilet are also located on this floor. An unenclosed carport is also available (located on the public road). Wifi internet access and a crib are available on request. Electricity is extra above 8 kwh (electric heating). For the wood-burning stove, the first flambé is offered by the owners. As wood is not supplied, you can buy it directly from the owners or near the accommodation.)
