Perfectly situated to the south of Angers, a stay in this Holiday cottage will be the perfect opportunity to discover the region's many sites: Angers and its architectural and cultural treasures (Château des Ducs d'Anjou and the Apocalypse tapestries, Cathédrale Saint-Maurice and the David d'Angers gallery) just 20 minutes away. The City of Saumur, its château on the banks of the Loire and the Cadre Noir are just 40 minutes away. Fine appellations also await wine lovers: Savennières, Anjou reds and whites, Coteaux du Layon... To be enjoyed in moderation in the many vineyards open to the public! The banks of the Loire, its bicycle path and the many riverside "guinguettes" are just a 10-minute drive away. On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright dining room and a living room with flat-screen TV. There is no toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, 4 bedrooms are available: 1 bedroom with a 160cm X 200cm bed, 2 bedrooms with a 140cm X 190cm bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm X 190cm beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub and separate WC are available. The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms: 2 with a 140cm X 190cm bed each and 1 with a 160cm X 200cm bed and a 90cm X 190cm bed. A second bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub and separate WC complete this floor. Outside, you'll find plenty of equipment to make the most of spring and summer days: garden furniture, a lounge, a barbecue and a swing are just some of the features you'll enjoy. The size of the grounds requires constant maintenance and regular visits from the gardener, sometimes when the Holiday cottage is occupied, so that you can enjoy the outdoors to the full. Included in the rental price: electricity, gas heating and Wi-Fi internet connection (fiber).
