Le Cix

Between vineyards, historic sites and magnificent landscapes, come and stay at Le Cix Holiday cottage! Situated in a charming wine-growing village near Puy Notre Dame, it's ideal for a stay with family or friends to discover the nuggets of our region. This 104 m² former house has been restored and is close to the winegrowers' owners' home. On the ground floor, it opens onto a living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pod coffee maker, hob), a spacious lounge with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a small laundry area with washing machine/dryer and separate WC. Upstairs, the corridor leads to : - A bedroom with a 160cm X 200cm bed, a private Lake and a washbasin. - Two bedrooms, each with two 90cm X 190cm beds (which can be brought together to form double beds). - A bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin - Separate WC Through a door in the living room (or from outside), you have access to a 25m² terrace with table and chairs. A small garden extends the terrace, with a barbecue. Two sun loungers are also available. This area is not enclosed, but the courtyard between the owners' house and the Holiday cottage is. You can park your car under cover in the enclosed courtyard. Wine lovers, your stay will be the ideal opportunity to discover the many appellations in the area! The owners, who are winegrowers, will be delighted to give you tips on where to go for wine tasting. There are many other sites to discover: Montreuil-Bellay castle 10 minutes away, the Doué-en-Anjou Biopark 12 minutes away, Saumur, its castle and the banks of the Loire (with its many walks!) 25 minutes away, or the troglodyte museum at Louresse-Rochemenier. Included in the rental price: WIFI internet connection, bed linen (for weekly rentals), baby bed and high chair. Electricity above 8 kwh (current EDF rate) and heating (electric) are extra. Fireplace not working.
