Discover Le Chêne Vert, a bright and comfortable 65 m² Holiday cottage, ideal for a stay with family, friends or business travelers, in the heart of a calm, green environment between Saumur and Baugé-en-Anjou. Just 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, the Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the riches of the Saumur and Anjou regions: the castle and apothecary of Baugé, the Cadre Noir of Saumur, troglodytic cellars, the Anjou-Saumur vineyards, cruises on the Loire or canoe trips. You'll enjoy a private, fully-enclosed 370 m² garden, with terrace, garden furniture and electric plancha for outdoor meals. On the first floor, the light-filled living room features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area for 4 and a convivial lounge with connected TV. Two large picture windows provide direct access to the terrace and garden. There's also a separate toilet with washbasin, as well as a shower room with large shower, vanity unit and second toilet. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms with lovely views over the Countryside: * one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm); * one with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be moved closer together as required. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space. The owners live on the property, while guaranteeing your peace and quiet thanks to independent, unoverlooked outdoor spaces. Private parking for 2 vehicles. Full baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, high chair, baby bath with bouncer and changing table.

The Holiday cottage has been designed to offer comfort, functionality and brightness. As soon as you arrive, you'll appreciate the warm atmosphere of the living room, which opens onto the garden thanks to large bay windows providing plenty of natural light throughout the day. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to facilitate your stay: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and everything else you need to cook like at home.

Outside, you'll find a pleasant, fully-enclosed private garden, perfect for dining al fresco, relaxing or playing with the Kids in complete safety. The Holiday cottage is also an excellent base for discovering: * Saumur and its famous château; * the Cadre Noir; * the Loire vineyards; * the charming villages of Anjou; * troglodytic caves; * nature activities along the Loire.
