This former 1800s cowshed has been carefully restored in the local style, with original beams, framework and cob. Situated on the family property, you'll be accommodated in an entirely private space, with no overlooking, yet within easy reach of the owners' house. The 72m² Holiday cottage features a 50m² living room on the ground floor, including a fully-equipped kitchen, large comfortable dining area, living room with TV sofa and wood-burning stove. Small laundry room and toilet with washbasin. Upstairs is a 15m² bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm bed. The adjoining shower room is partially open onto the bedroom: large tiled shower and vanity unit. Direct access to the enclosed, south-west-facing, naturally shaded garden is via the living room. Outside, enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside thanks to a small lounge, garden furniture for meals with a plancha and two deckchairs. The grounds are planted with trees and are not overlooked. In season, the owners' vegetable garden is open to you free of charge. Just 20 minutes from Angers, you'll be able to take full advantage of the peaceful, natural surroundings. Stroll along the Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage, and discover a fishing spot just a few minutes away. Take advantage of the towpath along the Mayenne river: 4 kilometers from the Holiday cottage is the Vélofrancette itinerary, ideal for cycling or walking. You'll also have easy access to the Angers/Rennes, Angers/Nantes and Angers/Le Mans routes. Arrival possible from 7:00 pm on weekdays and 4:00 pm at weekends. Bed linen rental included (beds made on arrival). Limited phone coverage, but good wifi connection. Baby Equipment available (high chair, cot and stair gate). Private parking lot. Electricity over 56 kwh, wood-burning stove heating (€80.00 per stere), tourist tax are extra.
