Le Champ Royer

This restored house, built of traditional local stone and accommodating 8 people, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Situated on a ridge between the villages of Daumeray and Baracé, you'll enjoy a quiet, leafy setting with its large, unfenced plot of almost 3000m². Bordered by a hiking trail and located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, this gîte is ideal for those seeking the possibility of hiking, mountain biking or horse riding, with the La Tesnière equestrian center located on the hiking trail. The gîte comprises : Ground floor: a spacious living room with dining area, open-plan fitted/equipped kitchen and a sitting room with wood-burning stove, ideal for an evening by the fire. Adjoining this room is a master suite with a 140cm x 190cm bed, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. A separate toilet and laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) are also located on the first floor. Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with 3 90cm x 190cm beds. A small 5m² Carrez room (7.7m² floor area) with two single beds (90cm X 190cm) can be used for additional sleeping on request. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the first floor. Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, bathtub. Wi-fi internet connection. Electricity above 8 kwh, heating (electric), wood-burning stove (€60.00 per stere, depending on consumption).
