The 45m² living room is bright thanks to the large bay window opening onto the terrace, with a large dining area, cosy lounge with sofas, large-screen TV with Canal+, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds (which can be joined together on request), a spacious shower room with large shower, vanity unit and separate toilet. A mezzanine area (adults only) with a 140x190cm bed is accessible via a ladder. Enclosed garden of approx. 80m² with lawn and terrace. Visit the small city of Clisson, famous for its Hellfest and Italian-style architecture, 40 minutes away, and the Zoo de la Boissière du Doré less than 15 minutes away.
