From the Holiday cottage, beautiful walks and bike rides take you through charming villages and panoramic views typical of the Loire Valley. The location is perfect for exploring the region's must-see attractions: the Bioparc de Doué-la-Fontaine, the majestic Château de Montreuil-Bellay, the poetic Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, or Center Parcs Le Bois aux Daims and the famous Puy du Fou. The cities of Saumur, Angers and Cholet easily complete your program of heritage, gastronomy and shopping. Semi-detached from the owners' house - former winegrowers with a passion for wine - the Holiday cottage combines conviviality and independence. They'll be happy to share their advice on wines, good addresses and local specialities. The accommodation comprises a bright living room with lounge, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed, the other with a 160x200 cm bed and a Kids bed), a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. Two steps lead up to the bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, enjoy a 30 m² terrace with garden furniture for outdoor meals and a private garden for relaxation. Baby facilities on request, free wifi, on-site parking. A flat rate of 20 kWh/day is included (electric heating), with any surplus billed according to meter readings.
