L'Authentique

Located 15 minutes from Angers, La Ferme de l'Espoir is a peaceful spot ideal for vacations with family or friends, far from the noise and stress of the City. There are many attractions to discover in the area: Terra Botanica is 13 minutes away, the historic center of Angers is 15 minutes away, La Flèche Zoo is 35 minutes away and Saumur, its banks of the Loire and the famous Cadre Noir are 40 minutes away. The Angers exhibition center is 9 minutes away. The Authentique Holiday cottage is housed in former stables. The setting is pleasant and the atmosphere peaceful, so you can make the most of your Countryside vacation. There's no shortage of space in this 141 m² gîte, which is completely safe for families with young children. You'll receive a warm welcome on arrival from the owners (and their two 4-legged friends!), who live on the farm and are available at any time to meet your needs. The Holiday cottage comprises : First floor: - A large living room with a kitchenette and all the essentials: oven with ceramic hob, microwave, electric wok, steam cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus a relaxation area (with TV and table soccer). - Separate shower room and WC Upstairs (accessed via a steep staircase): - A relaxation lounge with television, books and board games, and a 90 cm chaise longue. - 3 bedrooms: one with a 160cm x 200cm bed, one with a 140cm x 190cm bed and one with two 90cm x 190cm beds. The bedrooms share a shower room and WC. Private grounds with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. This area opens onto the large 2,000m² shared courtyard, where you'll also find the owners' house and a carport. For sunny afternoons, a pétanque court is available (shared by both Holiday cottages). First prize for houses and gardens in bloom for several years. Included in the rental price: baby equipment (cot and high chair), Wi-fi Internet connection, bed linen (for 6 people) and electricity (heating). In addition: pellet stove heating (average stove consumption: €42.70/week - price per bag of pellets: €6.10). Reception room for family gatherings available on request.
