Welcome to L'Aubrière Holiday cottage! Located in the heart of Anjou Bleu, in the Countryside, the key words of your stay will be nature, peace and quiet. This comfortable 4-person gîte is ideally located between Angers and Château-Gontier, providing a perfect base for visiting the many picturesque villages with their typical stone and slate buildings: Chenillé Changé, la Jaille Yvon, Daon, Chambellay... Recently converted from an old stable on a 4-hectare property, this 58m² Holiday cottage comprises: Ground floor: - A living room with lounge/living room and fitted kitchen with wood-burning stove - A bathroom with bath and shower - A separate toilet - A hallway with cupboard and staircase. Upstairs: - A first bedroom with a 160cm X 200cm bed - The second with a 140cm X 190cm bed For your comfort, beds are made on arrival. Baby equipment available on request (bed and chair). Parking on the property. Pets allowed only on request Outside, enjoy a private, unoverlooked area with a 20m² terrace and grassy grounds of approx. 250m². Barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers are available. You'll also have access to the entire property (4 hectares) to share with the owners, who live on site. An exceptional environment with a wood, a pond, an orchard and meadows dedicated to mares and llamas. The Holiday cottage and its unspoilt setting were awarded the Gîte Panda label in 2024, in recognition of the owners' commitment to preserving environments and species, and promoting Biodiversity. This wooded, verdant setting in the heart of nature makes for a relaxing and restful stay. Nearby: the Mayenne river and its towpath (Francette cycle route) 2km away, ideal for cycling holidays. Also 2km away, you can rent a boat without a license to discover the banks of the river in a different way: La Mine Bleue 26km, the Haras National du Lion d'Angers 12km, La Flèche Zoo 30mn away, numerous Hiking trails and Châteaux to visit. Angers is a 40-minute drive away (medieval castle, Terra Botanica, Aqua Vita...).
