Located in the heart of the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Nature Park, close to the town of Saumur and less than 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire, this 4-person gîte is the ideal base for a peaceful stay in Anjou. Take advantage of your stay to visit the famous Cadre Noir de Saumur, wine and fine bubbles cellars, troglodytic sites, the picturesque villages of Turquant and Montsoreau or the imposing Fontevraud Abbey. Not forgetting the châteaux of the Loire Valley and the vineyards of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. The gîte opens onto a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto the lounge and dining area, and two bedrooms, each with its own TV. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and the second two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The bathroom shared by the 2 bedrooms features a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Outside, an unoverlooked 60 m² garden and a large covered wooden terrace invite you to relax: barbecue, garden furniture... For your comfort, bathroom linen is provided and beds are made on arrival. The gîte is close to the owners' home and adjoins the 4-person "La Menthe Poivrée" gîte. Covered parking secured by a gate and shared with the Menthe Poivrée gîte. Wifi internet connection. All-inclusive price (except cleaning). Baby equipment: Cot with sheets and blanket, high chair, changing mat, bath bouncer, nightlight and crockery.
