This 90m² holiday rental is the former bakery of the estate, which has been entirely restored to create a pleasant, bright home. The tufa stone walls and light-colored beams give it a warm, relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor you'll find - A 26m² living room with dining area, TV lounge, fireplace and tufa bread oven (decorative - not functional). - 18m² fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer) - Small shower room with washbasin - Separate WC First floor: - 3 bedrooms: one with 2 90cm beds, one with 1 140cm bed and one with 1 160cm bed - Shower room with large shower, vanity unit and WC From the kitchen, access the east-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. A small terrace is also accessible from the west, on the other side of the Holiday cottage. Lawn areas surround the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage is located on the Domaine Viticole de l'Arguray, which operates troglodyte cellars for wine storage and preservation. The owners and their dog live close to the Holiday cottage. They'll be delighted to show you around. Kids will also appreciate being able to freely observe the farmyard animals. The Vélo Francette itinerary is 3km away. The village of Le Puy Notre Dame, with its bakery, Restaurant and Pharmacy, is 2.5km away and easily reached on foot. A 10-minute drive away, visit the medieval town of Montreuil Bellay, classified as a "petite citée de caractère", with its hilltop castle and panoramic view over the Thouet river. You'll be 15 minutes from Doué la Fontaine and its Biopark, 20 minutes from Saumur and 25 minutes from the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud.
