15 minutes from Saumur, on the edge of the Forest in a quiet, leafy setting, enjoy this gîte with swimming pool, spa and 5 bedrooms, ideal for a group stay. In summer, you'll love this Holiday cottage with its private heated swimming pool and pétanque court, and in winter the cocooning lounge area with its fireplace. The Spa (2 seated and 1 reclining) is available at an additional cost of €230 per weekend, and €350 for 5 nights or more. This bright Holiday cottage features a living room with an open kitchen equipped with everything you need for groups (fridge, freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, oven, etc.), a dining area and a cosy living room around the fireplace (wood provided). From the kitchen, you can also enjoy the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha. This Holiday cottage near Saumur has 5 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1 with 3 beds 80x200cm, garden side, ground floor - Bedroom 2 with 3 beds 80x200cm, Forest side, ground floor - Bedroom 3 with 2 beds 80x200cm forest side, ground floor - Bedroom 4 with 2 beds 80x190cm garden side upstairs - Bedroom 5 with 4 beds 80x200cm Forest side on lower garden level Each floor has its own bathroom (one with bath and the other two with shower). To suit families or groups of friends, each room has single beds that can be brought together to form a 160cm double bed. Take it easy: 2 baby beds and a high chair are provided. Towels are not provided. Hiking, mountain-biking and horse-riding trails start from the Holiday cottage, and the Etang des Loges fishing lake is 10 minutes away. For an outing with the Kids, the Doué Biopark is 30 min away and the Base de loisirs du Lake de Rillé is 25 min away (accrobranche, pedalos, paddles or canoes...). The private swimming pool is heated to 27° and is open from May to the end of September (secure gate - 5x10m - depth 1.25 to 1.80m). PLEASE NOTE: the Spa is closed in summer from July 1 to September 1. It is also closed during the Christmas and New Year school vacations. The rental option will therefore not be available. You will, however, have access to the table soccer room. Between Angers and Tours, you can easily discover the riches of the Loire Valley.
