Located halfway between Angers and Saumur, in the Hilay area of Ambillou-Château, it's the perfect place to discover the many treasures of our region! This fully independent, single-storey home opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals! A hallway leads to : - The bedroom, with a double bed (140cm X 190cm) and a wardrobe/shelves. - Bathroom with shower and washbasin - Separate WC - Living room with sofa, armchairs, desk and a 90cm X 190cm bed. The outside area is beautifully planted with flowers and is ideal for meals in fine weather! The covered terrace features garden furniture, two recliners and a barbecue. A landscaped, flower-filled enclosed courtyard lies just in front of the terrace. You can park your car in complete peace of mind thanks to the carport right next to the gîte! If you're a keen two-wheeler enthusiast, two bicycles are at your disposal, and the owners will be delighted to point you in the right direction. There are many sites to discover within easy reach of the L'Angevine gîte: the Doué-en-Anjou biopark 10 minutes away, the troglodyte village museum at Louresse-Rochemenier 10 minutes away, the Château de Brissac (the highest castle on the Loire!) 20 minutes away, the Château de Montreuil-Bellay 23 minutes away, Saumur, its black setting, its castle and its banks of the Loire 28 minutes away, and Angers, its historic city center, its Château des Ducs d'Anjou and its banks of the Maine 35 minutes away. If you're a wine-lover, your stay will be the perfect opportunity to discover the region's many appellations. Included in the rental price: wifi internet connection. Additional charges: electricity over 8 kwh per day (current EDF rate) and heating (electric). (The upstairs French window leads to an attic reserved for the owner; no living or rental space is available upstairs).
