Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen/diner, living room with corner sofa and armchairs and the first bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm bed. First floor: bedroom 2 with 1 x 140x190cm bed, bedroom 3 with 2 x 90x190cm beds, bedroom 4 with 1 x 140x190cm bed. Small private garden of 60m² with deckchairs and fenced terrace with garden furniture, close to the kitchen and ideal for outdoor meals. The telephone network is limited but the Holiday cottage has a fiber internet connection via Wifi. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Electricity will be billed according to consumption (8kwh/d included). On-site activities include a tennis court, access to the river from the property with canoes, kayaks and rowing boats, ping-pong table, kids' games, table soccer and Hiking. A large 1500m² waterside garden is shared with the tenants of Holiday cottage Les Genêts, as is the heated swimming pool. The Piscine is open from 01/05 to 30/09 from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, weather permitting. Use by guests of the tenants must be requested from the owners. 2 spare bicycles available for both Holiday cottages. Adult and Kids entertainment available on request and subject to availability. 40 minutes from Cholet, 1 hour from Nantes and Angers. The city of Ancenis, on the banks of the Loire, is 20 minutes away. 4km away, visit Moulin de l'Epinay, a windmill dating from 1822, which still produces its own flour using local organic grains. 25 minutes away, discover the Boissière du Doré Zoo. The Holiday cottage is 8 km from the Loire cycle route. Other places to visit include Le Puy du Fou, 1 hour away, and Clisson, a small Tuscan village 45 minutes away.
