Access to the courtyard is via a staircase of about fifteen steps lined with greenery. Entirely cave-like and on one level, this unusual 80 m² holiday cottage offers a warm atmosphere blending authenticity with modern comfort. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a television. Two openings provide direct access to the courtyard and the terrace. The first bedroom, accessible from the living room, features a 160x200 cm bed and a 90x200 cm bed. It does not have an exterior door but is equipped with an air circulation system. A hallway also leading outside leads to the second bedroom, which is equipped with two 90x200 cm beds, a sink, and a walk-in shower. A separate bathroom and a separate toilet complete the suite. Outside, enjoy a south-facing wooden deck built into the falun rock, complete with patio furniture, deck chairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. The outdoor area is enclosed, making it ideal for kids or pets. In a cave cellar, a ping-pong table and a dartboard are available. The holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the region. The Doué-la-Fontaine Bioparc is just one kilometer away, a 10-minute walk. History buffs can visit the Mystère des Faluns or the troglodyte village of Louresse-Rochemenier. Just 20 minutes away, Saumur boasts its castle and the famous Cadre Noir de Saumur. Angers is a 40-minute drive away. Located in the heart of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park and surrounded by the Layon vineyards, the holiday cottage allows you to fully enjoy the gentle charm of the Anjou region. A shopping center for daily groceries is located 1.6 km away. Each room has a ventilation system. Limited cell service inside the holiday cottage but good reception outside. Wi-Fi available. Electric charging point with a high-power outlet in the private parking lot. Baby equipment available upon request, including a crib, high chair, and bathtub.
