Just 20 minutes from Saumur and the banks of the Loire, discover this former troglodyte farmhouse that has been completely renovated by the owners, who are keen to revive this historic heritage and share it with their visitors. Access to the courtyard is via a fifteen-step staircase, surrounded by vegetation. The 80m² Holiday cottage is entirely troglodytic and on one level. It is set in a green, peaceful setting, with no facing walls. The living room features a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting room with TV and 2 windows opening onto the outside, leading to the courtyard and terrace. Bedroom n°1, accessible from the living room, has a 160x200cm bed + 1 90x200cm bed. A corridor leading to the outside leads to bedroom n°2 with 2 beds 90x200cm, washbasin and Italian shower, as well as a separate shower room and 1 separate WC. Enjoy the south-facing wooden terrace built into the falun rock, with garden furniture, deckchairs, chiliennes and barbecue. The outdoor area is enclosed, ideal for young Kids or pets. A ping-pong table and darts board are available in a troglodyte area. Many activities and outings are within easy reach of the Holiday cottage: The Bioparc 1km away (10-minute walk), numerous troglodyte sites to visit (Mystère des Falun, troglodyte village of Louresse Rochemenier...) and also the rose territory with distilleries and rose gardens for the pleasure of the eyes and nose! Saumur is 20 minutes away, with the banks of the Loire, the château, the Cadre Noir and the Loire à Vélo circuit. Angers 40 minutes away. Troglodyte Holiday cottage in a hamlet of the cité des roses.
