The 3 guest rooms: - Rose des Vents A bright and elegant 40m² room with a bathroom and natural light streaming through. Features a 160x200 cm bed, a sitting area, and a desk. You’ll love its exceptional view of the Loire, as well as its large bathroom with a spacious shower and double-sink vanity. Separate restroom. - Ciel de Loire A 33m² room decorated in soothing shades of blue, featuring two 80x200 cm beds (which can be pushed together or kept apart as needed). Decorative fireplace, ceiling moldings, sitting area, and desk. It also offers a beautiful view of the Loire River. 3 m² bathroom with vanity, large shower, and separate toilet. - Gloriette A more intimate 20 m² room with a private bathroom, featuring a 160x200 cm bed, an armchair, and a tablet. Pleasant view of the park and its trees. Bathroom with vanity unit, large shower, and toilet. All rooms feature hardwood floors, a Frame smart TV, Linvosges-quality linens, a hospitality tray with a kettle and a Nespresso machine, as well as a minibar and a designer fan. Gourmet breakfasts are served in a dedicated room with a view of the Loire River. We prioritize fresh, local, and homemade products. Homemade honey and jams. High-quality coffee. Jura espresso machine. The ideal location for exploring the Loire region: Located 350 meters from the center of the village of Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire, you can walk along the Loire River to reach restaurants, a bar, a bakery, a Pharmacy, and a convenience store. The train station is 900 meters away. Nearby, “Loire Odyssée” offers exhibitions, nature outings, and river cruises. Cycling tourists and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the “Loire à Vélo” bike route, which passes right by the house. Available for rent on-site: 2 electric bikes and 4 regular bikes. La Roche d’Anjou guesthouse invites you to enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, where nature blends with comfort, a warm welcome, and high-quality amenities (LPO certification). Beautiful materials, carefully showcased antique furniture, and a peaceful atmosphere create an authentic and warm setting. Wooded grounds. Heated Piscine (5x10 m, depth 1.20 to 1.50 m), open from mid-May to mid-September, with a counter-current swim feature; open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Private parking, internet access. Check-in from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. will take place at the gate by the levee. You can enter and follow the driveway leading to the parking lot. If you have heavy luggage, it’s best to drop it off at the front door (after ringing the doorbell) before parking in the garden. You’ll always enter the parking lot via the embankment and exit through the gate at the back of the garden.

The Piscine is available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (for one-night stays).
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
The Room: To maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the room, we ask that you refrain from eating in the room. The breakfast room is available, or you can use one of the tables in the garden. We are unable to add an extra bed to the room to accommodate an additional guest.
