It's an ideal base for exploring the Choletais region, as well as the major tourist attractions of the Anjou and Pays de la Loire regions. Outside, relax on the sunny terrace, in the enclosed garden, with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue for summer evenings. Inside, the first floor features a warm, air-conditioned living room with sitting area, a convivial dining area and a fully-equipped, semi-open-plan kitchen. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms: - One with a double bed (140cm X 190cm) - The second with a double bed (140cm X 190cm) and a single bed (90cm X 190cm) - The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, storage space and WC. From the Holiday cottage, you can enjoy a wide range of excursions: Maulévrier Oriental Park (10 km), Europe's largest Japanese garden, Cholet Textile and Fashion Museum (13 km), Saint-André-de-la-Marche Shoe Museum (5 km), Clisson (25 km), a medieval town with a Tuscan flair, and home to the famous Hellfest festival, Puy du Fou (25 km), a multi-award-winning historical park, the Boissière-du-Doré Zoo (30 km), walks along the Sèvre Nantaise or on the many nearby Hiking trails. And why not take a trip to Nantes (50 km away) to discover the Machines de l'île, or a day trip to the Atlantic coast (approx. 1h30)?
