On the Cholet/Nantes axis, come and enjoy this modern and comfortable gîte, entirely renovated in an old barn. Your stay will be the perfect opportunity to explore the many points of interest nearby. You'll be 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 1/4 hour from Cholet (with its Ribou leisure park, its large L'Autre Usine complex with numerous activities such as karting, escape-games, sports...), 40 mn from Nantes and its famous island machines, 30 mn from the Boissière du Doré zoo and 35 mn from the Puy du Fou. And don't forget the famous Hellfest festival in Clisson, just 25 minutes from the B&B! The accommodation, entirely on one level, comprises a large living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge, a bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, a shower room with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit, and a separate toilet. The second bed is in the living room, in a quality 140cm x 190cm sofa bed. Outside, a large terrace accessible from the living room lets you enjoy meals in the open air, and barbecues in summer. Just 300 m from the gîte is a small private pond surrounded by nature, ideal for fishing, relaxing and barbecuing. You can fish for carp, roach and pike... A little further on is the river "La Moine": great walks in prospect! The gîte adjoins another gîte that sleeps 4 to 7 people (H49G015760 - La Pierre Bleue B). By renting the two gîtes, you can bring together up to 11 people divided between them. The outside areas remain well separated, private and not overlooked, as does the parking area. Non-private washing machine, to be shared with the neighboring gîte in a laundry room attached to the gîtes. High chair and cot available on request. Included in the rental price: electricity, heating, wi-fi internet connection. For teleworkers, you can connect directly via ethernet for a fast connection!
