On the Cholet/Nantes axis, come and enjoy this modern and comfortable gîte, entirely renovated in an old barn. Your stay will be the perfect opportunity to explore the many points of interest nearby! You'll be 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 1/4 hour from Cholet (with its Ribou leisure park, its large L'Autre Usine complex with numerous activities such as karting, escape-games, sports...), 40 mn from Nantes and its famous island machines, 30 mn from the Boissière du Doré zoo and 35 mn from the Puy du Fou. And don't forget the famous Hellfest festival in Clisson, just 25 minutes from the B&B! The accommodation, entirely on one level, comprises a large living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge, two bedrooms, one with a 160cm x 200cm bed and the other with 2 90cm x 200cm beds, a shower room with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit, and a separate toilet. Outside, a large terrace accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom lets you enjoy meals in the fresh air. For summer days, a barbecue is also available. Just 300 meters from the gîte is a small private pond ideal for fishing, relaxing and barbecuing (carp, roach and pike...). A little further on is the river "La Moine". Great walks in prospect! The 4-person gîte can accommodate 3 extra people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room and the pull-out bed in the second bedroom. Reservations for more than 4 people can be made on request from the booking office, for an additional charge of €50 per person per week. The gîte adjoins another gîte that sleeps 2 to 4 people (H49G015761 - La Pierre Bleue A). By renting both gîtes, you can bring together up to 11 people spread over the two gîtes. The outside areas remain well separated, private and not overlooked, as does the parking lot. Non-private washing machine, to be shared with the neighboring gîte in a laundry room attached to the gîtes. High chair and cot available on request. Included in the rental price: electricity, heating, wi-fi internet connection. For teleworkers, you can connect directly via ethernet for a fast connection!
