La Petite Maison

Located in Gennes Val de Loire, in the former commune of Chenehutte, this gîte is the ideal place to spend a couple's holiday, close to many tourist attractions. So get your hiking boots ready! The Loire, its cycling and walking trails, its many guinguettes open in season and its mild climate are just 5 minutes away. The perfect opportunity to discover the many charming villages along the river (Gennes, Le Thoureil, Saint Clément des Levées...). 15 minutes away, the town of Saumur, its château and its famous "cadre noir". 35 minutes from the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud. For a day out, the Doué-en-Anjou Biopark is 20 minutes away. Angers, with its historic city center, Cathédrale Saint-Maurice and Château des Ducs d'Anjou, is just 45 minutes away. This charming single-storey detached cottage opens onto a bright living room on the first floor, with fitted kitchen and sitting area with TV. Adjoining this room is a bedroom with a 140cmx190cm bed. The shower room is accessible from the bedroom. Outside, you'll enjoy a large flower-filled garden area, with garden furniture under the pergola, barbecue and deckchairs. The garden is not enclosed. Private parking space. The gîte has poor telephone reception, but calls can be made via wi-fi. Included in rental price: wi-fi internet. Electricity (over 8 kwh/day) and heating (electric) are extra.
