Just a few minutes from the village of Jarzé, the owner, who has a passion for heritage, has restored this 15th and 18th century property, comprising the gîte and a manor house surrounded by a moat. Swimming in the heated infinity pool on the manor's moat in summer, playing billiards or table soccer, dining around the long kitchen table and cosy evenings by the fire in winter, a pleasant stay awaits you. You can also enjoy the newly installed pétanque court! On the ground floor, you'll find : - a Countryside chic kitchen with slate sink, working fireplace and long wooden table for large gatherings - a large living room with a lounge/library area and another area with armchairs and a coffee table next to the large working fireplace - a billiards room - a WC. Upstairs, the hallway leads to 8 small bedrooms (4 with small shower rooms), 2 WCs and 1 bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom details: - 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed - 2 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed - 2 bedrooms with 1 x 120 cm bed - 1 room with 1 90 cm bed - 1 room with 2 beds 90 cm - 1 room with 3 beds 90 cm The heated Piscine is accessible (depending on outside temperatures) from June to September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is shared with the owners. A Wifi connection is available outside the Holiday cottage only. Heating and wood supply included. During your stay in Anjou, you can discover the riches of the Loire Valley: Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir are 40 minutes away, the banks of the Loire are 25 minutes away, and the City of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park are 30 minutes away. For family activities, there's a Base de loisirs just a few minutes from the Holiday cottage, and La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away.
