La Petite Ferme

Situated 25 minutes from Angers and Saumur, the gîte is ideally located for discovering Anjou, the banks of the Loire and its magnificent landscapes, accessible in less than 10 minutes for your walks or bike rides. Sandrine and Cédric welcome you to their renovated farmhouse for a relaxing stay, with activities for children and adults alike. On site, you can enjoy the farm animals (goats, chickens, etc.) in the 11,000m² garden, as well as the many activities available: shared swimming pool, pétanque court, table tennis, table soccer and darts. The gîte comprises a kitchen (gas hob, fridge, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, etc.), a living room with dining area, sofa, TV, wood-burning stove and table soccer, and two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with TV, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC: - On the first floor, the "l'Étable" bedroom has a 180x200cm double bed and is only accessible from outside the gîte (by 1 step). - Upstairs, "Le Grenier" has a large double bed (180x200cm) and 2 single beds (90x190cm) (extra bed available on request). Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, awnings and a gas plancha. The swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from 2pm to 7pm from May to September, depending on outside temperature (dimensions: 8 x 4 x 1.20m - safety fence). For your comfort, everything is included in the price: beds made up on arrival, bathroom linen provided, housekeeping included, wood provided for the stove, etc. A parking area in the enclosed courtyard allows you to park your vehicle safely (truck parking also possible). Baby equipment provided (cot, bath, high chair, playpen, etc.). The gîte has a washing machine in the shed. During your stay, you'll be able to take advantage of the many tourist activities in the surrounding area: La Flèche Zoo or Doué la Fontaine Biopark are 35 minutes away, Terra Botanica Park is 30 minutes away, Fontevraud Abbey is 45 minutes away, the vineyards of Anjou or Bourgueil or the châteaux of the Loire Valley are less than an hour's drive away (Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Brissac, etc.).
