Between Saumur and Doué la Fontaine, come and relax far from the City, far from the roads, in nature, in a troglodyte environment, surrounded by flowers. A very touristy region: close to the Doué la Fontaine Biopark, troglodytes, Vineyards, Châteaux (including Brézé), the banks and landscapes of the Loire, charming villages. We look forward to welcoming you to our 4-person Holiday cottage, a fully-renovated 1824 semi-troglo-style tufa stone house. On one level, you'll find : - a pleasant 21m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), toaster, filter coffee maker, senseo coffee maker, wood-burning stove, a lounge area with a 3-seater electric relaxation sofa (flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio) and a dining area for 4 people. - 2 small bedrooms of 7.5m² and 8.5m², each with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm, one of which is equipped with a TV. - bathroom with shower and washbasin - separate WC - laundry room with washing machine and dryer + cleaning equipment Baby equipment available on request (Umbrella bed with changing table, high chair). Outside, enjoy an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Park with trees and flowers shared with the owner. Swings and table tennis for Kids. Boulodrome and shuffleboard for adults. The Holiday cottage can accommodate no more than 4 people. Our 4-legged friends are not accepted. NO ARRIVALS BEFORE 5PM. Private parking. Safe storage for bikes. All-inclusive prices: end-of-stay cleaning, linen hire (Beds made on arrival), bathroom and kitchen linen, basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper), cleaning products, electricity, wood and WiFi.
