In the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Nature Park, near the banks of the Loire, on the loop of the Loire à Vélo, come and stay in this former 19th-century stable, restored in the local style (slates, tufa stone, beams, wood) 10 minutes from Angers. Michèle and François, the Holiday cottage's nearby owners, will be delighted to talk to you about their region. This 8-person Holiday cottage has three very spacious bedrooms, each with its own private shower room and separate toilet. The ground-floor bedroom is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR) and has a 160cm bed, an adapted shower room and toilet. Upstairs, the orange bedroom has a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. In the blue room, you'll find 3 90cm beds. Baby equipment is available on request: cot and high chair, bathtub, changing table, etc. The 36m² living room features a fully-equipped kitchen area (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a dining area and a sitting area with sofas and fireplace (1st flambé free of charge). Separate WCs are also located on the first floor. Outside, the private enclosed garden with terrace is ideal for sunbathing, dining or relaxing in the shade of the lime tree (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol, etc.). You can also park your car here. This Holiday cottage near Angers is located in a small City with shops 300m away: bakery, tobacconist, newsagent, etc. If you'd like to explore the region by bike, a loop of the Loire à Vélo passes close to the Holiday cottage. You can also store your bikes under a shelter provided. The Holiday cottage does not have a Wifi Internet connection.
