Situated in the heart of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site, this 18th-century Holiday cottage invites you to experience the gentleness of the Anjou region in a peaceful, rural setting. Equidistant from Angers, Saumur, Doué-en-Anjou and La Flèche, and just 5 minutes from the A85 motorway, you'll enjoy an ideal location for exploring the region: 1h15 from the Puy du Fou, 30 min from the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, 40 min from the Cadre Noir de Saumur, as well as close proximity to the Château de Brissac, troglodyte villages and the banks of the Loire. This charming detached house can accommodate up to 7 people. Its 500 m² enclosed garden with lawn, terrace, garden furniture and gas plancha promises relaxation and conviviality. The first floor includes a bright 35 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sitting area and wood-burning stove for cosy evenings, as well as a master suite with 160 cm bed, private bathroom and WC, giving direct access to the covered terrace. The entire property is accessible to people with reduced mobility. On the first floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed, a dressing room, a second bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The owners have a covered, heated saltwater swimming pool, open from spring to autumn. Dimensions: 9 x 4 m (depth 0.80 to 1.45 m), average temperature 29°C. Deckchairs, parasols and swimming accessories are provided. Opening hours: 10.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Holiday cottage also has Internet access, baby equipment (bed, high chair, changing table, bathtub) provided free of charge on request. Wood for the stove is provided for the first fire. Electricity is included up to 8 kWh per day (beyond that, invoicing according to consumption). Electric heating and wood heating available on request. Nearby, discover the tourist attractions of the Anjou region: the castles of Brissac, Montsoreau, Saumur and Serrant, the troglodyte dwellings of Doué-la-Fontaine and Rochemenier, the vineyards of Layon and Saumur-Champigny or bike rides on the Loire à Vélo.
