Located in an old farmhouse in the heart of the vineyards at Juigné-sur-Loire, between the Loire and the slate, and 12 minutes from Angers city center, this Bed and breakfast is ideal for a couple's or family stay, as well as for a business trip (Angers Exhibition Center 15 minutes away). Many of Anjou's tourist attractions are within easy reach: Château de Brissac is 8 minutes away, Château d'Angers 20 minutes, the Terra Botanica plant park in Angers 18 minutes or the Doué la Fontaine Biopark 25 minutes away. Hiking, cycling, canoeing, horse-riding and golf are all within easy reach of the Bed and breakfast. Located on the first floor of the owners' house, the 70m² accommodation is completely independent, with private outside access via a beautiful slate staircase. Once through the front door, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, sink, toaster, Senseo coffee maker and all you need for cooking) on your right, and a few steps up to the light-filled living room with dining table and lounge area with sofa bed and armchair. Depending on your needs, this area can accommodate two single beds or a double bed, with quality bedding. A microwave, kettle, tea and coffee-making facilities are at your disposal. From the living room, you'll access the corridor which serves as an office area with a library and games for Kids, and leads to: - a shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC - a large, attractive 30m² bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed For your convenience, WIFI access (fiber) is free. Breakfast is served in the form of a basket in the room. In fine weather (June to September, weather permitting), you'll enjoy our heated swimming pool and outdoor lounge with deckchairs and hammock. The swing and trampoline will delight the little ones. Bikes are at your disposal, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. 1 car or camper van can be parked under cover on the property. Bicycle shed for safekeeping.
