This 1970 architect-designed house, renovated in 2024, offers spacious, comfortable accommodation in an unspoilt natural setting. Set on an 11,000m² property with the river below, the 380m² house features large, light-filled living areas opening onto the garden, as well as bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy. The first floor features a large entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen for groups with a wide range of equipment for preparing meals (Cookéo, Mister Cook, food processor, large fridges and freezers...), a tea room, a convivial lounge for games and aperitifs in front of the fireplace, a lounge with television and comfortable sofas, and a large dining area for 15 people. Each bedroom has its own TV, Internet connection, bathroom with washbasin and shower and WC. Lockable. All beds are electric, 140 or 160cm. Outside, a private garden of approx. 5000m², planted with trees and equipped with 2 barbecues, garden furniture and sun loungers.
