Between Angers and Le Mans, group gîte for 11 people with 5 bedrooms and games room (bar, billiards, table soccer, darts) on the edge of the Chandelais national forest, the most remarkable forest in Anjou. A pleasant 4,000m² wooded garden where you can spend quality time with family and friends: summer kitchen, boulodrome, numerous games for children (swing, slide, sandbox, etc.) and adults (shuffleboard, badminton, molkky), access to animals (peacock, donkey, sheep, chickens). In summer, the municipal open-air swimming pool is just 5 minutes away. Shops and restaurants 5 min away in Baugé en Anjou, famous for its castle and apothecary. The gîte is 25 min from La Flèche Zoo, 30 min from Saumur and the banks of the Loire, and 45 min from Angers. First floor: living/dining room and sitting room with wood-burning stove - Games room with view and direct access to the terrace (television and extra bedding possible on sofa bed) - Fully-equipped kitchen and utility room (two fridges and freezer, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, two raclette sets for 6 people....) - Linen room (washing machine and tumble dryer) - Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190) - Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200) - Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and hairdryer - Separate WC.
