La Marcheboire

Between Angers and Nantes, come and stay in this gîte 5 km from the banks of the Loire. In a quiet, country setting, this 135m² holiday rental is located on the GR3 trail (Chemin de Grande Randonnée des bords de Loire) and bicycle path. Inside, you'll find a living room (with a BZ that can be used as an extra bed for two people), TV and dining area. A corridor leads to a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed, a second bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds, and a separate toilet. From the living room, 2 steps down lead to the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher and freezer are in the utility room). Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. Second separate toilet. A large storage room with access to the outside will be ideal for storing your bikes and other sports equipment. The last room is a lovely veranda with a view over the fields and small woods. Outside, you'll find a lawn area of over 200m², complete with sun loungers. You'll also find garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue to enjoy the view over the countryside. The ideal place to relax. Many activities are available in the surrounding area: boat trips on the Loire, hiking, cycling on the Loire à Vélo route, etc. The owners who live on site will be happy to give you information on the activities and outings you can enjoy during your stay. You will be located next to the owners' farm. You can also visit the charming villages along the Loire: Ancenis 25 minutes away, Chalonnes-sur-Loire and Ingrandes 20 minutes, Montjean-sur-Loire 15 minutes and Saint Florent le Viel with its shops 10 minutes away.
