Pets are welcome (€3/night/pet), and a small enclosed garden of approx. 100 m² allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy, with a beautiful unobstructed view over a field and a small wood. Bungalow built in 2024, entirely on one level, modern, practical and easy to live in: - Bright living area with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, large bay window giving access to wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue - 2 bedrooms: one with a 140x190 cm double bed, the other with two 90x190 cm single beds. - Bathroom with large shower and vanity unit. - Separate WC Activities and leisure nearby: The house's Location is ideal for discovering the region. Nearby, you'll find several must-see tourist activities: Boissière du Doré Zoo, just 2.5 km away, Clisson, with its magnificent château and the banks of the Sèvre nantaise, 27 minutes away, and the annual HELLFEST. Nantes and its emblematic sites, such as the Machines de l'île, 30 minutes away, The picturesque Trentemoult district, Champtoceaux and its superb panorama of the Loire River, 10 minutes away. A little further afield, the Atlantic coast, accessible in 1h15, ideal for a trip to the Sea. Take advantage of your stopover to discover the Muscadet Vineyard and the banks of the Loire near Ancenis. You can also take a cruise on the Loire or explore the region's charming villages. For cycling enthusiasts, a section of the Loire à Vélo is just 12km from the Holiday cottage. And for wine lovers, the Muscadet vineyards of Vallet and Layon are nearby.
