The Holiday cottage is located on the Loire cycle route (the Loire is 50 meters from the Holiday cottage), giving you the chance to sample the famous sweetness of the Angevine! In the evening, relax in this former tailor's house, restored using traditional materials: tuffeau, wood and terracotta. - The first floor comprises a 27 m² living room opening onto the garden, and a 10 m² fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, small freezer). A first bedroom is located on this level with 1 bed 140 x190 cm and a private bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet. - Upstairs you'll find a large 15m² bedroom with parquet flooring, a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. An 800m² shaded enclosed garden, with barbecue and garden furniture, will enable you to spend pleasant evenings. You can walk along the Loire to reach the village center, where numerous shops and restaurants await you. Baby bed and high chair available. Enclosed garden. Wifi internet connection. Electric heating (calculated above the 8 kw per day included in the rental price) and tourist tax are extra. For cyclists, an enclosed shelter is available in the garden.
