An ideal home for family and friends. Access to the fishing lake is on the side, 50m from the house, and a fence at the bottom of the gîte protects access. Carp and roach fishing available. Between Angers and Château-Gontier, you're spoilt for choice of activities and discoveries: Angers (35km) with its castle, museums, Terra Botanica leisure park and activities on the Loire River, Château-Gontier (20km) with its historic center, museums, Refuge de l'arche (a refuge with over 1,000 species of animals), and marina on the Mayenne River. Shops, restaurants and all services are less than 10km away: l'Hôtellerie de Flée 2km, Segré-en-Anjou 8km and Craon 10km. 2 aquatic leisure areas Base de loisirs de la Rincerie (19km) and Anjou sport nature at La Jaille-Yvon (20km). Green cycling route 6km away. Other outings: Musée de la Mine Bleue (slate, 7km), Robert Tatin museum famous for its monumental outdoor sculptures - for all ages, as well as numerous châteaux, including Château de Mortiercrolles. Professional stay: 6 people max. Housekeeping mandatory, 1 service for 1 to 14 nights. Bed linen provided. Heating extra, €10/day from 15/10 to 15/4. Weekends: arrival Friday 5pm and departure Sunday 5pm. Over 2-night stays: arrival 5pm, departure 10am. If you have not taken the cleaning option, a deposit of 100€ (cheque or cash) will be required on arrival.
