Located in a former farmhouse, this detached single-storey house is in the heart of the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Nature Park, in the Saumurois region, in the commune of Gennes, an ancient Gallo-Roman city. Its location, on the edge of the Etang de Joreau nature reserve and on the paths of the Loire à vélo (300m), makes it ideal for Hiking and cycling (the GR® 3: la Loire sauvage à pied crosses the commune), as well as Fishing. What's more, the Loire is just 1km away. The village of Gennes and its shops are just 200m away. From the house, there's a breathtaking view of the Loire Valley and the listed Madeleine dolmen. Numerous tourist attractions are nearby: châteaux, troglodytes, small towns of character, Museums, Vineyards and various festivals throughout the year. This 4-person Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto a veranda, a corridor leading to a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a bathroom, separate toilet, a master bedroom with 140cm bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Enclosed landscaped garden and private parking. Baby equipment available on request. Bed linen included and Beds made on arrival. The washing machine is located in an outbuilding attached to the Holiday cottage. Pets not allowed. 10% discount for stays of 2 weeks.
