La Loire

Located in Saumur, on the Ile d'Offard, in a tuffeau farmhouse classified as a remarkable building, the Holiday cottage "La Loire" enjoys an ideal location. Within easy reach of the city's tourist attractions (Château de Saumur, Cadre Noir, museums, theaters) and vineyards specializing in fine bubbles, you can stroll through the historic streets of the City. The City's calendar of events also features a wide range of events (Anjou Vélo Vintage in August, Festivini from June to September...). This Holiday cottage in Saumur is easily accessible from the train station (approx. 10 min walk) or by Public transport (bus stop 100 m from the Holiday cottage), and is close to a variety of shops (bakery, mini-market, butcher, Pharmacy within walking distance of the Holiday cottage). On the first floor, you'll find the living area, comprising a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob and wine cellar) and a sitting area with TV and DVD player, where you can relax on a quality sofa bed. A separate toilet is also located on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: the first 11m² with a 160x200cm bed, and the second 14m² with a 160x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed. The bathroom includes a shower, two basins, an electric towel rail and a hairdryer. A second independent WC is located on this floor. A private garage is also available for parking your vehicle. This will be shared with any tenants of the Holiday cottage "L'Anjou" (H49G015762) adjoining the Holiday cottage "La Loire", but you will have your own Location. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Beds made on arrival. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Electricity and heating (electric) included. Electricity terminals are available in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, making it easy to recharge your car.
