La Hutière

Completely refurbished in 2021, the 4-person "La Hutière" gîte near Ancenis welcomes you for a stay just a few minutes from the banks of the Loire. There's plenty to do nearby: the villages on the banks of the Loire, the Loire à Vélo cycle route (1km), Zoo de la Boissière (10km), Natural Parc (6km), Oudon and its medieval castle (11km). The city of Nantes and its "machines de l'île" are 40km away. Would you like to explore the vineyards? Gérard and Bernadette will be delighted to advise you on the Loire Valley wine route (muscadet, coteaux de Loire, malvoisie (a speciality of our region), etc.). Entirely on one level, the gîte comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), a living/dining room with sofa, TV, desk, dining table and chairs. The bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit and washing machine) and WC are separate. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and the second two single beds (90x190cm). Outside: Terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining under pergolas with barbecue. Shops 300m away: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Two cars can be parked in the gîte parking lot, and an outbuilding is available for bicycles. The gîte has a free Wifi internet connection, and baby equipment can be provided on request. You'll be ideally located for exploring the region's major tourist sites (Angers and Terra Botanica 50km away, Puy du Fou 70km away and the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier 60km away), or for reaching the Atlantic coast and its beaches 1h30 away.
