La Haye Claire

Situated in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by fields, this renovated former farmhouse invites you to relax during your stay in the Countryside. With its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this Holiday cottage can comfortably accommodate 7 people. Semi-detached from the owner's house, this vacation rental in Maine et Loire is located 5km from Ingrandes sur Loire and the banks of the Loire, 30km west of Angers and 60km from Nantes. On the first floor, the Holiday cottage opens onto a living room with sofa, armchairs, TV (English channels available), DVD player and wood-burning stove. The fully-equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) includes a dining area. The ground-floor bedroom has two 90cm single beds, and the bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine. Upstairs, the landing leads to : - a 3-person bedroom (3 single beds 90x190) - a large bathroom with bath and WC - a master bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, its own en-suite shower room with WC, and a dressing table Come and relax and enjoy the peaceful Countryside setting: the garden is enclosed and well-equipped (garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue). For your comfort, the service is all-inclusive (beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, etc.), including electricity/heating, wood for the wood-burning stove. With friends or family, you can take advantage of the many facilities on offer to have fun and enjoy a good time: table tennis, badminton, molky, croquet, etc. A relaxation area with its wooden Cabin and outdoor inflatable Spa is also available for 6 people from June to September (to be shared with the owner). The owner will be delighted to welcome you and share her tips for discovering the Anjou region and its local produce. Many activities await you during your stay in Anjou: Hiking or cycling along the banks of the Loire, water sports (canoeing, pedalos), local wine tasting, and the possibility of reaching the Atlantic coast and its beaches in 1h30.
