La Haute Beuvrière

Looking for a quiet stay in the countryside? This 5-person gîte in the heart of nature is just 20 minutes from Angers, the Terra Botanica plant park and the Mine Bleue for an unusual experience 130m underground. Situated on a farm, this country house comprises a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, gas hob, etc.), a living room with sitting area/TV and dining table. The first bedroom has two 90cm single beds, and the second has a 140cm double bed. The gîte has a third sleeping area of 5.5m² with a 90cm single bed. The bathroom with bathtub and WC are separate. Steps lead up to the bedrooms, bathroom and WC. In fine weather, you can enjoy your meals on the small terrace in front of the gîte (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue). The gîte has a free WiFi connection. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) can be provided on request. For your comfort, heating is included and beds are made on arrival. During your stay, you can take advantage of the towpaths of the Mayenne river, either by boat, on foot or by bike, from the charming village of Grez-Neuville, in a calm, green environment. Local shops (supermarket, bakery, etc.) are just 5 minutes away in Le Lion d'Angers. Located close to the gîte, the owners can advise you on activities and visits in the area.
