This 6-person Holiday cottage near Doué-La-Fontaine, entirely dug into the tufa stone, is located in a quiet hamlet. An Unusual place with a change of scenery! The Holiday cottage comprises a fully-equipped kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms, and a living room with dining area and connected TV. From the kitchen, you can access the first bedroom, with a double bed and two single beds. The second bedroom is accessed from the living room and features a 160cm double bed. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. Separate WC. Utility room. The garden is enclosed and not overlooked. A real haven of peace where you can relax, and Kids and pets can play in complete safety. Garden furniture is set up in front of the kitchen, with a parasol and barbecue. You'll find a relaxation area in the grassy area. You're free to explore the untouched troglodyte caves. You'll be 10 min from Doué La Fontaine and a host of tourist attractions: the Bioparc, the Mystère des Faluns (a troglodytic space showcased by a scenography), the "troglodytes et sarcophages" site, the "Chemins de la Rose" garden, the troglodyte village of Louresse-Rochemenier... Saumur is 20 minutes away, with its Cadre Noir, mushroom museum, château, Musée des Blindés, famous wine cellars and typical restaurants. Angers is 40 minutes away, with its Terra Botanica park, Château d'Angers and ancient city. You're sure to love Anjou, with its many wineries and castles, not to mention walks or bike rides in the Forest or along the Loire. For the more adventurous, you can opt for accrobranche (tree climbing), canoeing, donkey rides, dog sledding or even a hot-air balloon ride! As fans of board games, we have a games library on site with the latest games for the whole family. There are 2 parking spaces on the grounds, which are enclosed by an electric gate.
