On the Cholet/Nantes axis, ideally situated at the crossroads of the three departments of Maine-et-Loire, Vendée and Loire-Atlantique, come and enjoy this entirely single-storey gîte in the countryside. In a peaceful setting, surrounded by fields, Annie and Luc will be delighted to welcome you for a relaxing stay in this comfortable gite. The gîte comprises : - a large living room, built around a red-brick fireplace, with dining area and TV lounge. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto this room. - Separate WC. - Three bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room: Chambre 'usine': 1 bed 140cm, shower room, Chambre 'country': 1 bed 140cm, shower room. Chambre 'aux papillons': 3 beds 90cm, mezzanine (games room), shower room with toilet. Laundry room with storage space, washing machine and dryer. Cot and high chair available on request. Included in price: geothermal underfloor heating (cools in summer). WIFI internet connection. Additional charge: wood for the fireplace (€60.00 per stere depending on consumption). In front of the gîte, a small enclosed private garden is reserved for guests. Here you'll find garden furniture and a barbecue. In front of the gîte, you'll also find play equipment (swing, playground, goals, petanque pitch...). You'll also have plenty of time to observe nature, especially the large duck and goose pond, which is a delight for children (the pond is completely secure). Hiking trails from the gîte. You'll be 1h10 from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 20 minutes from Cholet, 40 minutes from Nantes and 35 minutes from the Puy du Fou. And in June, the famous Hellfest festival is just 30 minutes from the gîte. The owners, who live on site, will be delighted to give you information on what to do in the area.
