La Grange du Pinelier

A place steeped in history, the Pinelier barn is the perfect place from which to explore the whole of Anjou! The gîte is housed in the former barn of the Château du Pinelier, in Saint-Clément-de-la-Place. The banks of the Loire are just a 20-minute drive away, ideal for a bike ride along the Loire, or for discovering the charm of the many villages along the river (Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Champtocé-sur-Loire, Saint-Georges-sur-Loire...) and for a gourmet and festive break in one of the many guinguettes. For cultural outings, Angers is also just 20 minutes away! Its historic city center, cathedral, Château des Ducs d'Anjou, museums and theaters... There's no shortage of places to visit to expand your cultural knowledge! For a family holiday, Angers offers a wide range of activities, including ice-skating at Iceparc, bowling, skateboarding, karaoke and axe-throwing at the Unicorn House. The Terra Botanica plant park, with its playful botanical adventures, is 15 minutes away. For an excursion further afield, the city of Nantes, with its Château des Ducs de Bretagne and famous machines, is a 1-hour drive away. This detached house in Saint-Clément-de-la-Place is set in 1200 m² of grounds. The first floor comprises - an independent, fully-equipped kitchen - A living room with lounge, dining room and bay window giving direct access to the terrace and garden (satellite TV) - Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC Accessible via a miller's ladder, the first floor features : - a bedroom with a 140 cm X 190 cm bed and a crib with bars - A second bedroom with a 140 cm X 190 cm bed - A bathroom with bath and WC Outside, a large enclosed garden! Deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue... Enough to keep your summer days going! Private parking at the side of the house. Adjacent to the gîte, a second accommodation is available (without having a shared space or facing building). Bookable on our website (H49G015101 - La Ferme du Pinelier), the two gîtes can accommodate 11 people in total. Included in the price: bed linen, towels and gas heating. Additional charge: wood for the fireplace (first flambé free). Optional: end-of-stay cleaning (€60).
